A former student armed with a handgun and two AR-style w£apons k#lled six people — including three 9-year-olds — at a private Christian grade school in Nashville on Monday, police authorities report.
The suspect identified as Audrey Elizabeth Hale, 28, was sh%t and k#lled by police officers who responded to the sh@@ting. It is reported that she left behind a manifesto and detailed maps about how to carry out the att@ck. The map, Nashville Police Chief John Drake said, appeared to include information on entry and exit points. However, law enforcement officials have not shared details about a suspected motive.
According to Nashville police, the victims are: Evelyn Dieckhaus, Hallie Scruggs, and William Kinney, all 9; and Cynthia Peak, 61, Katherine Koonce, 60, and Mike Hill, 61.
President Biden on Monday, issued a proclamation ordering U.S. flags to be flown at half-staff through sunset on March 31, meant as a “mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of viol£nc£” in Nashville, flags will be lowered at all federal buildings, including military facilities and offices abroad.
